blacklens.io is a platform that snapSEC GmbH develops and operates itself. ACDC, the Active Cyber Defense Center, is the managed SOC in the snapSEC portfolio: snapSEC built it together with A-Team Rocks, and it is operated by Active Cyber Defense Center Service GmbH, a sister company at the same address in Vorchdorf. Consulting is provided by snapSEC GmbH. For you, that means a single initial conversation with snapSEC is enough to align platform, monitoring and testing.
blacklens.io is developed and hosted in Europe: in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified data centres in the DACH region, with scanners in Austria, Germany and Switzerland and a self-hosted AI model without external AI providers. For consulting projects and ACDC, we agree data flows, access and retention with you during planning.
Yes, with the technical implementation. Article 21(2) of NIS2 requires, among other things, incident handling (point (b)), vulnerability handling (point (e)) and procedures to assess the effectiveness of the measures (point (f)). We provide technical support for these measures with blacklens.io, ACDC and our consulting team. In Austria, the NISG 2026 has applied since 1 October 2026. We do not offer legal advice, audits or certification.
